Our Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Unless otherwise specified in our offers or order confirmations, the following conditions apply.

Prices

We reserve the right to increase our prices corresponding to any increases in wages, raw materials and production costs as well as any increase in exchange rates until delivery.

Trade fair offers and promotions cannot be combined with discount agreements, previously obtained offers or other promotional offers.

Price Guarantee

We provide a price guarantee on our Builder’s Packages and Trailer Packages when purchasing from Alutec AS’s online store or when buying directly from Alutec AS in any other way. See a more detailed description of the contents of the packages on our website via the links above.

The price guarantee cannot be applied to Alutec AS when purchasing our products from our partners and dealers.

If you find a scaffolding system of similar quality and comparable content at a lower price from Norwegian competitors with outlets in Norway within 20 days of purchase from us, we will pay you the difference. If claims under the price guarantee meet the conditions, Alutec AS will issue a credit note for the difference between the agreed price and the competitor’s price.

Claims under the price guarantee must be notified in writing to Alutec AS by e-mail to info@alutec.no within 20 days after the order confirmation has been issued.

In order to use the price guarantee, the offer must be publicly made and available to all customers. The price you refer to must be relevant to your purchase and only apply to the purchase of new products at the competitor’s regular price.

The price may not apply to a geographically delimited or time-limited price offer, or a price offer exclusively related to one store or customer. Examples of this are:

  • opening offer,
  • local trading days,
  • local inventory depletion,
  • lot buying,
  • discount agreements/member offers,
  • offers marked with “limited quantity” or
  • similar.

You must be able to document that a competitor offers a lower price at the time a claim is made under the price guarantee. The documentation must come from the retailer whose current price is in effect.

Documentation from websites must show that a competitor’s item is in stock and can be added to the shopping cart at the current price.

Value added tax

All prices are stated without VAT unless otherwise expressly specified.

Statutory VAT is charged in accordance with applicable rules.

The specified delivery time is conditional on signed order confirmation and indicates when the item is shipped from our warehouse. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time if new information, corrections or additions come after the above date.
